Fdata has taken several FBS modules and added to them in order to build a targeted solution for the management of volunteers.  This solution has all the necessary screens to:

  • manage the application lifecycle of a volunteer and their demographic information,
  • manage volunteer job preferences and availability,
  • create events to provide volunteers for including a specific time and location
  • schedule the appropriate volunteers with the necessary skills and availability
  • track and manage volunteer training
  • detailed analysis of the volunteers hours
  • volunteer timesheets for all scheduled volunteer activities including the ability to enter non-scheduled volunteer time and travel time
  • Ad-hoc query tool for business users to create queries and export the results to excel for further analysis
  • Form letters and structured reports based on Microsoft Word and Excel templates
  • Configurable workflow to manage each of the volunteer management, event management and training processes
  • Integration with external systems through standard web services
